Periodized Strength - Who We Are

My name is Stanley Chock I created Periodized Strength. I am a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, as well as a Certified Renaissance Periodization Nutritionist. My mission is to provide sound training and coaching rooted in evidence-based principles and methods.

Periodized Strength was inspired by clutter we call fitness. And I want to help those who want sound and effective training. There is research and science behind training therefore we should not be ones to “reinvent the wheel” but to use already researched and tested methods to enhance our coaching and training.

Training is not just one size fits all, each person has individual needs and as a trainer we need to use tested methods with nuance and creativity to drive optimal results.

If you are looking for effective training, research-backed methods, or just a hard workout - I offer online personal training via ZOOM, nutrition coaching, and also write programs for those needing a workout plan.

I will bring the accountability, professional guidance, and knowledge. All you need to do is be willing to take steps in the right direction and bring consistent effort.
